The ground level features a 2 BR/1BA private apartment with beachside entry off the rear patio/grilling area. It has its own sitting area with sofas & large screen TV. One bedroom has a Queen bed and the other has Bunk beds. This level has a full bath (shower) and mini split heat & air.
     
The main level boasts a large family room with windows everywhere for spectacular views, a large screen TV, central heat and air, and lots of comfortable seating. It flows into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen with granite counter top seating. Off of the family room is a large, covered outside deck with picnic table, rocking chairs and stairs leading to the beach. 
     
A wide main hallway on this level leads to 2 fully remodeled bathrooms - 1 with tub/shower and washer & dryer & the other a full shower. This level includes 3 bedrooms - 1 King and 1 Queen - that both face the ocean and are both equipped with 32” smart TVs. The 3rd bedroom across the hall has two single beds.
     
Off the main area, stairs lead to the third level where you’ll find 2 more bedrooms and a full bath with shower.  Both bedrooms - 1 Queen and 1 with 2 singles - as well as the bathroom, overlook the beach. As if the views from the bedrooms were not enough, this level leads to the newly refurbished rooftop sun/star gazing deck. Best view on the beach!
     
Access to the beach is just steps away! Rinse off at the outside beach shower with hot & cold water and foot wash. The storage closet below includes two beach cruiser bikes for use during your stay. There’s a charcoal grill cooking area as well because everything tastes better at the beach!
