There are 4 bedrooms with fluffy pillows and casual furniture, 2 ½ baths and a huge sunroom that looks out on the ocean. There you’ll find a second seating area and a smaller dining area. And it’s freshly renovated and decorated. PART OF EDISTO HISTORY The story goes that the family who built this house, also owned The Edisto Beach Bowling Alley, a popular gathering spot in the 1950s. And the small, now locked, apartments downstairs, gave the “pinboys” a home while at their summer job. Which means The Original Sea Oats must have also been a popular gathering spot… for the teenage pinboys and the girls who flirted with them. Imagine the good times this house has seen!  No smoking.
