We owe a huge debt of gratitude to Edisto Realty Rentals We live in Pennsylvania so caring for a rental home 12 hours away would be a nightmare. The Edisto Realty Rental staff is our hands, eyes, and ears on the island and not only do they help us draw in reservations, but book them, execute them, handle the money/contracts,and keep our renters happy! They are friendly, supportive, helpful, patient, and responsive. They really feel like family to us. They have helped us problem solve, pick furniture and home goods, best serve our renter's requests and needs, and helped us with everything from cut water hoses to raccoons in our attic! All I know is Waves of Grace would more likely be Waves of Hurricane were it not for our realty!

Several years ago we purchased our beach home through Edisto Realty. Ever since that initial purchase, we have maintained a relationship with them as property manager. This has been an excellent arrangement in that they usually go beyond what is expected.....taking the initiative to address needs and issues for vacationers to enhance their stay and keeping us well informed. This saves us a lot of time. Many times we have asked them to "check" behind us to retrieve forgotten items, check things in the house,etc.They have been excellent to work with and we feel they certainly have our interest at heart.

All of the rental staff represent the company extremely well to our renters and to us
Our house, through two other agencies, rented an average of 4 times a year. Now, if we want to go for even for a weekend, we have to plan far ahead to insure availability. All of the rental staff represent the company extremely well to our renters and to us. If there are any concerns from our renters, they handle it. Freezing cold weather, they handle it. Maintenance problems, they handle it.
We couldn't be happier.

My husband and I love the staff at Edisto Realty! They were so helpful in getting us started with renting our house three years ago. We like the friendly, courteous, "down home", yet professional attitudes of all the people we have dealt with at Edisto Realty. Whenever we have a question, they are ready to help. It is reassuring to know that our house is being well taken care of when we are not there. We are in good hands!
