Although originally from Greenville, South Carolina, Patrick Erwin's love for Edisto - and subsequent passion for real estate here - began early as he spent the summers creating cherished memories with his grandfather, David Lybrand, founder of Edisto Sales & Rental Realty.
From casting lines in the island’s serene creeks to marching in the annual Fourth of July parade, Patrick’s time here and deep-rooted connection to both Edisto and his grandfather profoundly shaped him into the man, and real estate agent, he is today. Over the years, Patrick considered Edisto to be his home-away-from-home, and after spending a year post-grad in Raleigh, he is confident in his decision to establish Edisto Island as his primary and permanent residence through his partnership with Edisto Realty.
Patrick graduated from Clemson in 2022 with a management degree and concentration in business analytics and is eager to help you and your family find the perfect home on the beloved shores of Edisto.
