The bedroom on the main level has a Queen bed, sleeper sofa and an "aero" bed, plus a TV. Great room for the kids to hang out. The open large spiral staircase takes you to the 2nd floor. The connecting hallway has large picture windows overlooking the golf course. These windows bring tons of light to the great room. To the right is the master bedroom with a King bed and private bath (tub/shower). To the left are the other 2 bedrooms, the first with a Trundle bed and a connecting bath (stall shower) to the 4th BR. The 4th BR has a Queen and the connecting bath. Off the Great Room you will find the screen porch with a large dining table to enjoy meals. The extra-large deck has seating for the whole family. Plenty of yard for boats and children. “Fleur de Lis” is right across the street from the bike path.
