Dining area seats six at the table with seating for three at the bar. Door from living areas opens onto a spacious sun  with seating and additional dining area.  Two bedrooms and a full hall bath (tub/shower combo) on each side of the house. The two beachfront bedrooms each have a king size bed.(only one with TV). Both have wonderful ocean views and open  onto the sundeck. Both street side bedrooms have triple bunk beds ( TV in both rooms). The house has central HVAC along with window a/c's. Downstairs is the fifth bedroom (separate entrance) with a Double Bed and 1/2 bath. There are 2 enclosed outside showers under the house.  Bright, sunny property only steps from the beach!
