The extra-large sundeck has many seating areas and a boardwalk to the rear of the house and the kitchen door. The Great Room is in the center of the house with the dining and entertainment areas toward the street, additional seating in the middle and the kitchen at the rear of the room. The entertainment viewing area has a comfortable sofa (sleeper). The large dining table is surrounded by windows and overlooks Myrtle Street. The kitchen is large and has a breakfast bar with stools. To the right of the Great Room are 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds, and a hall bath (stall shower). On the left side are 2 more bedrooms. The front (street side) bedroom has a queen & TV. The back bedroom has a double & bunk with a connecting bath (tub/shower). There is access to the side sundeck - facing Myrtle street, from the living room. Under the house is the enclosed hot/cold shower room and a laundry room with a 1/2 beach bath for your convenience. “Our Happy Place" is located on the corner of Myrtle & Loring, a short walk along Loring to the beach. The island wide bike path runs along Myrtle St. right in front of the house. Pets are allowed w/non-refundable Pet Fee (no larger than 20 lbs.), No Smoking, and No Bed or Bath Linens.
